PURPOSE: The purpose of this form is to provide a method to submit and record practice and ice purchases made by individual teams.

ROUTING: This form is automatically routed to the president, vice president, and league administrator.

ARTICLE IX. PRACTICES AND ICE PURCHASE PROCEDURES

1. AHSHA schedules ice practices for the teams. Teams may opt out of the AHSHA scheduled ice practices scheduled after the regular season begins. Practice ice sessions scheduled during the preseason may not be opted out of as preseason practices are scheduled by AHSHA to permit registration of players, paperwork collection, team tryouts, and team evaluation for division placement.

2. Teams scheduling their own practice ice must first present the day and time of the ice slots to the league prior to entering into a contract for the practice ice. AHSHA Executive Committee will either approve the ice slots or contact the rinks to contract for the ice to be used for multiple teams. AHSHA has the first right of refusal to use these ice slots for league purposes.

This form is set up to accommodate a consistent ice slot purchased by the team. If your ice slots vary, it will be difficult to add them here. Please make a note in the Comments field that you have a variety of dates, and email the details to AHSHAadmin@cox.net
